Having tablet issues?

Follow these troubleshooting tips below!

  • Plug tablet in, power Off/On, and check your Wifi. This solves the vast majority of tablet issues!
  • Try restarting your router.
  • Is your iPad "Ghost" typing? Try moving your iPad stand carefully to a different location in the restaurant, away from other electronics, freezers, microwaves, and ovens.
  • Make sure your WiFi network is working and keep your tablet plugged in at all times to avoid a dead battery.
